Shipping and Return Policy

Free US Shipping on Orders $50 or more

Orders typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.  Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. Purple Feathers is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages.

International shipping is not available at this point.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered with original tags (if available) to receive a refund. 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

Items in our SALES Collection and items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are not eligible for return. For any questions, please contact info@purple-feathers.com

Refunds will be issued as credit to the original form of payment. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you, at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
